The cookies were so good we bought some more on our way out. The ice cream is okay. Service was great! We loved the mission and model of this organization--check it out!

Stopped by today and had some delicious ice cream. I also love the mission of The Golden Scoop: We are a non-profit ice cream shop providing life changing, innovative,& meaningful employment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our “Super Scoopers” are proud to serve you our artisanal ice cream and custom coffee, along with a scoop of joy! The I cream I tried was chocolate, strawberry and cookies and cream. The strawberry ice cream is the best strawberry ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. Staff was super friendly and I will definitely be back.

Cool concept, perfect for this plaza. I think it's great to have pre-scooped ice cream portions, especially if the ice cream is good quality, house made ice cream. I liked the mint chocolate chip! The cinnamon rolls were as big as my baby's head. It's a great place to stop by with the kids on the way home from the grocery store.

This ice cream shop is famous for employing people with issues like Down's Syndrome or other developmental delays. And it is a lot of fun going there because the employees are so happy and they obviously love their jobs. But also, this shop actually has excellent ice cream and cookies and coffee. It's delicious. So really the reason to go here is for the ice cream, and the social service aspect is a bonus.

This place is joy, through and through. Delicious craft coffee drinks, fun ice cream, and wonderful people with a heartfelt and empowering mission. They have a bunch of ice cream pre-scooped into containers (each with a little spoon under the lid), which makes it really fast to get your order, and you can get it in a waffle cone type of dish too. Gift cards are available to purchase. Go say hello and get some treats!

Clean store, nice employees, delicious product. I was disappointed that no one working or customers in there were masked.

The coffee and cookie dough ice cream is super good. The employees are really nice.

Awesome concept AND the ice cream is delicious! Make sure to try the locally infused flavors like Jude’s Rum Cake. This is the type of place that you can enjoy and know that you are making difference too as they employ individuals with developmental disabilities. Makes for a great lesson for kids.
