I used to work here part time when management knew what they were doing. Pat was amazing store manager and never really seen an issues with customers when he was around. It started going down hill when managment kept leaving and they kept hiring new people to a point where it wasn't the same anymore. I went in recently and honestly I can see why people complain about customer service....but let me just say some people who live in the area that frequent the Goddess are so damn entitled...I just remember this cankerous older man who would complain the cost of milk and to those who complain about the cost of a bottled drink...like Target is two blocks away this is a restaurant not a gocery store...Target has a bigger purchasing deal with suppliers than this...so keep that in mind whenever you complain about a Honest Tea being more than what it is at a Grocery store....

I have not been here in over 2 years and it has not changed. Food is quick and I am able to be quickly moved out for the grab and go items. I will be back.

When I worked near The Goddess and Grocer, I would go there every single day for lunch. I usually would get a cup of soup and a salad from the salad bar. The soups are delicious. I'm a vegetarian so I appreciate that they have at least one meatless soup every day. Their website lists the daily soup schedule. The salad bar is great, very clean, and they constantly refresh it. The staff are all very nice and friendly. For a sweet treat, they have lots of cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc to choose from. My favorite is the Oreo Rice Krispie Treat! I will definitely come back again the next time I'm in the area.

Wonderful lunch that was delivered for free for my Mom and her chemo buddies while receiving treatment at The University of Chicago. They also brought a beautiful set earrings for Mother's Day. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness. This type of charity is truly appreciated.

I've been here a number of times and the service isn't as good as the Wabash location. Some of the staff seem to not be into customer service, and either have no work experience or don't seem to care at all. Some of them act like they're doing you a favor, like they're too cool to be bothered with anything. For the prices they charge, it should be a better experience. The decor is okay and food not bad, but it doesn't match comparable places.

I eat here 2 to 3 times a week. The Caesar wrap is the best. Also this limited time Rizzo sandwich is amazing. Ideal lunch spot. Also great coffee.

Good coffee and friendly staff. The desserts look yummy and always very busy. Open space to sit and people watch. Variety of drinks to choose from. Hot lunch or dinners also. Quick place to pickup and run.

Good lunchtime spot. Good sandwiches and salads. It gets pretty crowded at lunch hour so you want to try to go before noon if you want to get in and out.

The food is first rate, and the service at the Larrabee location is fast and friendly. The prices are reasonable for Chicago.
