This is a foodcart, so it might not qualify for your purposes, but this was the best Fish and Chips I have ever had. And I've had fish and chips is over 12 counties. I was so impressed, I had to try to get him listed here.

I've now had the snapper, the haddock, & the cod. All were a lovely dark golden brown with a perfect amount of crunch to get to the flaky fish inside. The chips are darker than most are used to but have a good flavor and texture. The coleslaw and tarter sauce round out the meal and do compliment it. If I could suggest one change, it would be a bigger container of the coleslaw and tarter sauce- they're good, just small. But hey... every penny counts in the food cart business so I get it. I will definitely be back.

It is! They were located at the cart pod on 9th & Alder but moved out to Beaverton. It's the same owner and the same amazing fish & chips.
