Ive been there last week, actually. It can be tough to find seating especially in the evening. But you're the one who chooses. You are not being seated. There is no lines. If there are no seats, you can take it to go. But no, no waiting time, or lines.

They have very berry napoleon, they sell by slices and a whole cake.

I don't know if they are hiring but the pastries are out of this world. Try it you will like it!

I have seen cake pops there but not all the time. They either sell fast or they dont sell them often.
