Excellent, high quality food, and great service. Live jazz music. French Kitchen really is a gem in Tokyo. Secret Tip: Check their website for any online set special menu. Good value.

The variety is a little limited but the quality of savory food is good. The dessert on the other hand is average. The creme brûlée is tasteless. I gave it only 3 stars also because the service is below average, and most of the waiting staff (including the manager) look annoyed and unhappy.

Great place for breakfast. I had a simple cereal - museli. It had to be the best breakfast cereal I've ever had and was served with blue berries. My friends ordered French Toast which was very soft and delicious. I'd definitely recommend the breakfast menu if you find yourself in and around the Roppongi area of Tokyo.

Good place to have breakfast in. But I wouldn’t say that the food is as good as it looks. Interior is nice and people around are friendly, hence overall you get a very pleasant feeling.

I love the private room in the French Kitchen at the Grand Hyatt that we reserved to hold meetings from 11am to about 5:30pm. Located very conveniently right in front of you as you take the stairs from the ground floor, the private room is an elegant space where a private chef prepares your food while you have meetings. The price is 50,000yen for 2 hours, but in reality you're able to borrow the room for as long as you want, which is great is you're looking to host meetings all day. The food was solid and they offer three menus from which to choose (you need to decide on a set course menu when making the reservation). I was more impressed by the privacy that the space provides as well as the service as by the food, but all in all a very pleasant experience.

Good place for Sunday brunch buffet. Also tried the Ritz Carlton in Roppongi. Both are very good with multiple items. Grand Hyatt has a bit more to choose from on the buffet. Ritz Carlton has better atmosphere and views by far. Dining experience is basically the same. Ambience is better at Ritz. Service is a touch better at Ritz Carlton, but we are talking about a buffet so not fair to judge because of the dining style.Either way you go you will not be disappointed.

The strawberry afternoon tea buffet complete with savory plates was delightful. Not child-friendly but a wonderful place for adults to connect and enjoy the flavors of the season.

Excellent service and the food is quite tasty for a hotel restaurant. It's convenient if you are staying in the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't recommend as highly.

Love this place. Awesome weekend brunch - amazing quality of food and if you can drink it's really good value.

You have money but you have buyer's remorse as soon as you order ina restaurant. Go to French Kitchen! Buffet style breakfast and lunch, piled high with stuff you want to eat and plenty else you can try a bite and set aside.Lots of seafood dishes during lunch. Salads are a bit boring, limiting the already limited choices for vegetarians. The meat carving station is great, rare cuts. Plenty of desserts, including a make your own ice cream with three flavors to choose from along with toppings.Great service, attentive.

The restaurant is modern, sleek, and beautiful and the service was very attentive. They offer a great full-course, prix-fixe lunch menu (at ¥2900) that provides more than enough to eat. The food was good, but nothing spectacular, especially the main dish (fowl) which I found to be way over-seasoned. Overall, it's not bad, but there are plenty of better French options in Tokyo.
