The French Hen Cafe

This place is excellent! Fair prices, considerable dishes and the staff members are always very welcoming.

I think this will be my new favourite brunch spot. This cute café also has a cool flower shop that intend on exploring at a future date. Charming décor and great service! I had the banh mi eggs Benedict which was delicious and definately hit the spot mid morning- light but filling. I highly recommend it if you like spicy but not too spicy. I can't wait to explore the menu more.

We had the biscuits and gravy (super tasty) and the crepe (not great and was very eggy). We opted to sit at the counter for faster seating, but I wish we would have waited to sit at a table. There was a older man who came by and stood at the counter right next to us and put his belongings right in front of our spots. He kept his coffee cup on the counter by us while he sat on a chair around the corner. We didn’t have much space and it was awkward. The waitress acknowledged that it was weird but let him stay. It wasn’t really like sitting at the bar and more like sitting at a service counter.
