+1 very good kids menu too, real food not typical frozen stuff for the kids.
They do reservations, but not on event nights (i.e., Celtics game, Bruins game, TD Garden concert).

I think they will for larger groups. I have never had an issue getting in but it does get packed when there is an event at the Garden.

I am assuming that they do. The place I work for rented the upper floor for an evening and catered it. I believe over 75 people attended. On the second floor they had booths and table with fold out extensions.
