The Food Liaison

I'm obsessed with The Food Liaison. I've never ordered something I didn't enjoy. Try the whole menu, then come back for the crack bowl. It's so dang good you'll never order anything else.

Sooo healthy and delicious!!

This will be my second review, if you haven't tried the key lime tart you need to march back and get one! Fantastico! Omg, tickles the tongue with tart fresh lime. I can't say enough!

The food quality and flavor is excellent. I go to food Liaison when I want to treat myself. The staff is dedicated to customer service, and the sitting area is filled with light and modern design.

This was surprisingly good food. Clean shop, places to sit inside and out, nice vibe. Lots of friendly locals hanging out. I just can't get over the odd name. What were they thinking?!?!

Awesome place for a quick lunch during a work day. I got the chicken shawarma and it was amazing.I have been here 4 times in 2 weeks. Love this place.

A very favorite place! Desert can be as pricey as your meal: don't skip on it, totally worth it!!

Great selection of tasty and healthy food. They have drinks and orzo salad which is always the same (I believe their Kale salad is usually there too). They also have rotating items which would include the salad bar, daily special and their desserts. I usually enjoy their salad bar (which has different items based on what they are catering that day .. meats include steak, chicken, ham, etc) when visiting. I recommend the salad bar or the orzo salad!

We just happened on The Food Liaison and what a delightful experience. We go to Santa Barbara 4 or 5 times a year and we will be stopping in Carpenteria often. The GF selections were wonderful. I wish they hadn't sold out of the GF dessert items I really would have been a totally happy camper with dessert.

I can eat this everyday.

The Crack Bowls keep me coming back. So delicious and I love having fresh ingredients and feeling good after I finish this food.
