Great service and excellent catering

Very personable staff serving excellent food.

My husband and I went to this location today in Lake Carolina. Let me start by saying Isaiah did not disappoint. The food was packed with flavor and the service was so friendly. Take the time to give them a try for lunch, brunch or dinner. Make sure you have the seafood gumbo, jerk chicken egg rolls and the sliders. Great meal!!

Great place to eat! I've never been here before and I was invited by a friend. The gumbo was delicious. I'm planning to be back soon.

I had that smoked gouda burger, and the grilled pound cake.. Delicious!!! Oh my wife enjoyed it also!

I've been very happy with this place. It's got interesting dishes that aren't normal mixtures that you get everywhere else. The sauce has good flavor and the food is not dry. I've eaten lunch here a number of times and I've also taken clients and other associates there.Good job guys!

The food academy absolutely crushed it with their food and beverage service for our wedding on 9/21/18. Everything was seasoned perfectly, served promptly, and kept our guest stomachs and glasses filled. Prices extremely reasonably and quality customer service. Their salmon is to die for! If you have a big event that needs food and beverage service please look no further than The Food Academy.

Our family ate at Food Academy tonight and really enjoyed our meal. We tried a few small plates (jerk chicken egg rolls, salmon croquettes, and deviled eggs) and gumbo and all were delicious! The staff was very friendly and the owner even came out to check on us. Our only critique is our kids didn't enjoy their meals - but staff brought out extra fruit to accommodate them. We'll definitely be back soon!

Seriously, the mashed potatoes, vegetables, chicken, pork chops and we'll basically everything was seasoned to perfection.

First time trying it and it was amazing. Staff warm and friendly. Clean restaurant with nice music playing. Everything was well presented. Food was delicious

What a nice, quaint restaurant! My family and I dined here for Sunday brunch. Excellent, yet delicious food choices! The owner served us and delivered hot, piping food selections and made conversation. My only suggestion would be to make the salmon patties larger like the fried green tomato sandwiched between the patties.

We drove 45 minutes to eat here and it was totally worth it! The food is fresh, flavorful, and fabulous and the staff is gracious and kind. Highly recommend it!
