They had our cake ready, even though we called just one day prior the activity. The cake was not only beautiful, but tasted so great that it became the star of the night. If you need a cake, don't think it twice and go visit Lyle and his friendly staff. You will not regret it!!!!

Beautiful shop with the best pastry in town

My son's birthday cake was the talk of the town. The staff at the place we had the party said it was the most amazing cake they have ever seen and the guests raved about the flavor. The personal touches and phenomenal customer service make the bakery as enjoyable as the wonderful products they make.

My go to place for sweet treats and good coffee and iced teas. Great local bakery. All of the staff and owner are very friendly. Prices are beyond reasonable for the amazing quality . The blood orange ginger tea is phenomenal. I cant say enough great thinga about this business. Ordered a custom cake for a going away and it was so beautiful and equally delicious. If you're in downtown Albany, skip the Dunkin or Starbucks and get Fifth Tier.
