The Fifth & Terrace is a boutique restaurant in Toronto with dramatic rooftop patio, romantic ambience and delicious cooking. The dining room is an intimate space with fire side sofas and the terrace, a rooftop oasis with spectacular views of Toronto. Led by French Master Chef Didier Leroy, the culinary team creates French cuisine to reflect today’s tastes and respect vegetarian and gluten-free diets.

I think it's $20 on Wednesday nights. I've only been there once.
Smart casual dress but this time of year is chilly on the roof bring a wrap or jacket.
I've seen people smoke down in front off to the side towards the walkway and go back up when staying there. I've never seen anyone smoke rooftop tho.
