I had the Spicy Squid Noodle and my wife had the Spicy beef Bulgogi, both were awesome.Service was very good. I will definitely eat there again!

Good food but RUDE service crews. I did not know that their customers are obliged to give tips if they can’t give any negative comment about their experience. (Well, I do now!) It was really nice for them to ask but then those two ladies at the cashier started telling (harassing) us to tap out cards again and give some tips. Kinda awkward feeling so we gave some bills instead. I asked my friends who tried the other branch but said that they were not treated that way. Anyway, just sharing the experience for those who plan to try this branch- pls don’t forget your tips!

Good food, very bad service! They are expecting us to give them tip. HELL NO! i won't give them any tips. I know this we came rush hour but been ignoring the service button buzz. They should at least tell us to give us one moment. I will come again for the food but will not give any tips!

This is, by far, one of the best locations of The Owl I have been to. The food is consistently good, and the service is quick! Meal portions are pretty big and reasonably priced, so I'll definitely be coming here all the time. It's also conveniently located right in front of Oakville GO.

The best bibimbap in town! And if craving for soup order Kamjatang it's filling!

The chubby staff girl is complaining why i give only that amount of tip WORST! In my whole life this is the only restaurant/business(whatever) that asking for a (bigger) tip. Some foods in the menu r good. I think the taste changed its not like before anymore and before the staffs are not asking for tip lol. But now has many changes from the taste of the food to the the nasty "tip girl staff".Why not be grateful u have a salary and tips are just a bonus. I usually give a tip anywhere restaurant i dine but really the staff here is awful. You will have a bad experience here. I don't recommend.
