Best donuts around along with Pauls bakery

First time coming here and I was extra confused because Google labels this place as a Sugar Shack Donuts but it’s called Freddy’s Donuts in and out of the store. Not sure what that is about. Either way, the donuts were fantastic. I got the vanilla sprinkle, a glazed, a maple bacon, and an experimental flavor which I personally thought was the best and was absolutely amazing in every regard, which was the salted caramel cake donut.The customer service was fast and pleasant, the prices are more than reasonable, and the quality is very high. I’ll definitely be visiting here again, good job guys/gals.

Delicious donuts abound at this donut “shack”. The vibe is fairly hipster, with weathered wood inside and the whole place sheltered inside of a former gas station. The donuts are awesome from the Girl Scout cookie inspired samoa to the more savory salted caramel. The dough is perfectly fluffy and flavorful and the frosting and toppings are awesome. They do happen to be on the sweet side, so more than one (or two or three) may be a bit much on the sugar scale. Grab a box for yourself and you won’t regret it.

I an a regular here for a reason. Donuts are always tastey and their coffee is perfect side for my treat. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Water bowls outside for pets and a nice bit of seating make it a nice place to meet up as well.

Fantastic donuts that are as delicious as they are large! Their drip coffee is excellent and they offer a variety of specialty sodas There are other coffee and drink choices, but we've only had the coffee, soda and milk. The employees at Sugar Shack are always friendly and helpful.

My family usually loves Sugar Shack. However, today was less than pleasant. The customer service makes a big difference no matter what you're selling but today, the lady that took our order never once smiled, she looked bored and unenthusiastic when my children asked about the different donuts. Finally, the donuts were old and stale. Very disappointed!

They have vegan donuts, and many flavors. They are very conscious about flavor choices and mixes

The Butter beer donuts are astounding. For my first time there it blew my mind on how large the donuts are compared to the common chains. I was a little overwhelmed by the tea options just because I wasn't expecting teas. I am eager to try some of the boboa (sp?) tea the next time I go. Prices are a little high for donuts but worth every penny.

Love their strawberry donuts (not the icing one but the one with the real strawberries in it). Kids love the chocolate icing one as well. Great local spot.

BEST doughnuts I've gotten in a long time. Their croissant doughnuts are the best thing I've ever tasted. It's a super cute atmosphere and I really appreciate the dedication to special events like these snitch doughnuts for Harry's Potter's birthday.

The staff is always welcoming and they are pet friendly!! I always bring my pup and treat him to a doggy donut for free!!

UPDATE: gave this place another shot as I was in the area and had a completely different experience. The man who served me was extremely polite. I got their fruity pebble donut and it was made with MAGIC. I have been wanting another since I left. I have told friends and family about it and can’t wait to go back. Just found out they changed the name to Freddy’s Donuts, no longer Sugar ShackDisappointed, don’t understand the hype. Donuts looked very dry like they had been sitting out for too long. Tasted fine, but wasn’t anything special like we were told about. Employee was on her phone the whole time.

Best donuts in town! Great falafel on the other side of the building too! 5 stars
