Crafted Drink and Local Fare Located in downtown Syracuse's historic Hanover Square neighborhood, The Evergreen is a pub and restaurant offering a tremendous selection of craft beers and an eclectic menu utilizing locally-sourced ingredients and featuring a number of vegetarian options. We carefully select new beers regularly, buying only 1 keg of each so new, interesting beers are always put on the menu. Our talented kitchen team has put together a menu featuring a variety of delicious appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and large plates. We serve food till late daily with the kitchen open until 10pm Monday - Wednesday, and 12am Thursday, and 2am Friday and Saturday. Plus we open for brunch Sundays at 11am and have our full menu from open til 8pm, and bar open until 10pm.

Great times...bottomless select drinks, free bingo, food was fantastic.. beer battered fries, avocado sourdough toast with tomato and egg, fresh fruit, and delicious burger..ordered medium rare and was cooked perfectly

Comfortable spot, lots of parking, great beer selection, great people working there. Did I mention the beer selection? Always great variety, quality beers, good mix of better known and less so -- all craft. Brunch is great too.
