We're a brand new breakfast, lunch, and coffee shop in The Loop serving farm-fresh, made-to-order egg sandwiches and bowls, homemade parfaits, and a full craft coffee and espresso program from Sparrow. We also operate a food truck that travels around the city of Chicago. We're committed to quality and taste. Our eggs and meats are raised naturally by Slagel Family Farm (Fairbury, IL), our bread is baked daily by La Farine Bakery (Logan Square), and our coffee is custom-roasted by Sparrow Coffee Roastery (West Loop). We make all of our sauces from scratch, and almost everything on our menu is made to order, for you. Please join us on weekdays and Saturdays in The Loop!

This place is awesome...every time I eat there I get more and more excited. The quality of ingredients is the biggest attribute. Everything...perfectly cooked eggs, bread, bread selection for each sandwich, meat quality is farm fresh and cheese pairings really works great. I just wish I could eat it everyday. I did just notice they have a small non-egg lunch menu...I wish it was bigger, as I would def come here for lunch, but eggs for lunch...I'm just not sold yet. We will see.
