Please tip beforehand! I just came by for the first time and had such a lovely experience. Friendly, attentive, quick, and fun. I unfortunately didn't know they ask for tips before running the card, not after. So please don't make my mistake!

Horrible, got the apple bearpaw and it was WAY undercooked Tom it back inside and a guy from the back came out and said they are like that sometimes. Complete A**hole. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wont be going back there. But I can say the lady at the front was very kind and offered some other donuts to replace.

I was slightly disappointed with The Donut House. It falls short of other donut shops in the area. I feel there are better options out there. I got the blueberry fritter. Although it was good, there wasn't really anything special about it. It was small and very thin. The staff was friendly and patient as my family and I chose our donuts. My complaint is with the donuts. They tend to be on the small size compared to other donut options in the area, plus they don't have a large selection. Taste is fine, just nothing amazing.

Not bad but not great. There are much better options in the area for sure. Staff was nice but donuts were average at best. Will try again and go early to see if that makes any difference.
