The District

The cocktails, service, and food were all spectacular. This is the first time I've been to the District since around when they originally opened. The very first time I went it was good but I wasn't overly impressed. They've definitely stepped it up since then. Now I'd make a point to go back.

Easily my favorite place to eat dinner in Sanford. Chill vibe, good service and the food is amazing. While everything I've had here is very good, the beef short ribs are magic. I'd steal that recipe if I could. Cheers y'all.

Big part of the culinary push in Sanford. Awesome menu, great food, good service, and plenty of options in adult beverages. Faves:Lunch- Meatloaf SandwichDinner- Pork Chop w fig compoteSpecial- Tuesday night tacos are spectacular!! (Trust me try the Spam 😉)

Everything was very tasty and the happy hour is pretty fantastic too!

This is a new place with lots of charm and welcoming people. Their food is very good and well presented. If you go there be ready to have great food, good beer and, great service. Understand they are just starting and some things are not going to be perfect like at a long established location.

We had a terrific time.This was in the heart of downtown Sanford.Parking may take a little bit of effort but there will be parking.They seated us very quickly and our server was there almost immediately. The interaction with staff was positive.The meals were well done and delicious from the appetizers to the main courses. The presentation was tasteful as well. We left feeling full and thoroughly satisfied.Would recommend them anytime and look forward to going back again.

Great food, good atmosphere

The food was very good but their could have been more gluten-free and vegetarian options on the menu. Service was very good, also.

The family that owns The District really do care about what they do and it shows in their food as well their service! Amazing food, the pork chop is incredible as well as the mahi!

We had a wonderful dinner here... It is a bit loud but that is due to the ceilings...Sanford is very lucky to have this little place for fine dining with a causal atmosphere...suggest you make a reservation on the weekends.

Absolutely the best restaurant in Sanford Florida. The pork chop was the best I have ever had. The green eggs and ham appetizer is really good. Braised ribs are awesome too. Lobster bisque is as good as any. Great place to eat. Great happy hour.

Great burger and service

One of the best restaurants in the area. Menu is fantastic. I love the staff, bartenders are simply awesome.
