The Diner

Totally delicious breakfast, every bite tasted homemade.

It was about 11pm last night that a friend and I “tried” to eat at the diner. We used to go pretty often 6 years ago, but decided to drive 30 min out of our way to satisfy our cravings for some good ole’ elevated diner food.Well we got in the door and looked around it was not too busy we were told to sit anywhere and given menus shortly after. Unfortunately for us that was the last contact we had. We stayed for 5,10,15 minutes with menus pushed to the side trying to make eye contact with any staff member. We were walked by over a dozen times by staff with no help. Tables that came after us were served, it was so frustrating. The staff that were working were hanging with guests and it was more a social hour than a care in the world about guest needs or overall view of the establishment. We got up and left after 20 min, frustrated, hungry, and mad. Will not be returning.
