Arlen helped me make my daughter's 30th birthday during the quarantine an amazing event! I live in AL and called and spoke with Arlen and arranged for her to make 1 doz cupcakes for my daughter. She even offered to add special "30th" décor to some of them! My daughter said they were delicious and beautiful! I can't thank her enough for all that she did :)

We live out of state and wanted to make sure our college student was able to celebrate their Birthday with friends! Ordered a gift certificate over the phone and the ladies graciously held it until our kid was able to get there!! Thank you so much!!!❤️

We love the cupcake shoppe! The coffee and various treats there are delicious and we always look forward to the special ice cream sundae events. They're super accommodating for special orders and everyone there is just the nicest.

Charming French decor make for a restful ambience, made complete by with kind, friendly service. We only enjoyed the coffee this go-around but I’ll have to return for the delicious items in the baked goods display.

The Cupcake Shoppe offers delicious, fresh, and beautiful cupcakes and desserts. We love them featuring this beautiful shop as a spotlight on our Raleigh Walking Food Tour.

So glad this shop was open for take out during the quarantine. It brought a little happy to our joy ride. The pretty in pink was our favorite cupcake. The staff was delightful and helpful in making choices over the phone. We will visit again.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Cupcake Shoppe! Aside from creating delicious and beautiful treats, the staff and management were so wonderful, flexible and a joy to work with! When I came to the Cupcake Shoppe with a HUGE order on a tight timetable with a tricky and unfavorable means of payment (gotta love that university life), this group did not blink an eye! They worked with us, compromised for us and accommodated us every step of the way! 5 stars are SERIOUSLY not enough.

The Cupcake Shoppe did both our wedding cake and a UNC Basketball-themed groom's cake for our wedding weekend, and we have since become obsessed, regular customers! Their cupcakes and baked good are amazing! We love dropping by for a treat or picking up an order to gift to friends and family. Our wedding cakes were AMAZING - both gorgeous and delicious. Arlen and the team at Cupcake Shoppe are a dream to work with and made our wedding planning process a breeze. Both cakes were exactly what we envisioned and so, so delicious. They even worked with us to create a custom Dulce de Leche flavor layer for our wedding cake that we really wanted to include as a nod to our Cuban background on our wedding day. It was delicious!

My sister and I were craving cupcakes, so we went to The Cupcake Shoppe Bakery for the first time a few weeks ago. I wasn’t quite happy with my order when I got home, so I went back up there the next day and spoke to the Manager. She was very apologetic and ‘made things right’; one of the nice things she did was send me coupons for another visit to try the shop again. So my sister and I went up there again today and so glad we did. These cupcakes are phenomenal!! The icing is a very well-made buttercream and the cupcake itself was moist and flavorful. We got most all the flavors and so far, they are all wonderful. I highly recommend this cupcake shoppe; the cupcakes are amazing and they truly care about customer satisfaction.

I ordered a custom cake for my wife's birthday. It was visually stunning and tasted amazing. Everyone who saw it was blown away. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and very talented. Thank you again for making her big day so special!

I absolutely LOVE The Cupcake Shoppe. I got their mini cupcakes for my 18th birthday 10 years ago. This past weekend I got my son's first birthday cupcakes from there. The staff was so nice and designed a perfect jumbo cupcake for my son with matching minis for our guests. They were delicious and made quick sprinkle changes for me. I recommend their sweets straight out of the display AND their custom work.

I had a smash cake done here a few months ago which was so cute I almost didn’t want my son to destroy it! So when getting married recently, I knew the right place to get my wedding cake. Arlen and staff made the process very easy by guiding me through the decision process of what cake flavor and style based on my theme. The cake was beautiful and delicious! It’s the little details that help make such a special day even lovelier. I will absolutely order my special occasion cakes from here on out.
