Been here before in the past 10 years ago around New Years. Had a blast. Went their again, recently. Had the local joy juice, it was alright but but a little pricey at 1100 yen. Ordered a glass of wine for a friend l. Bartender said it was 700 yen. I gave her 1000 yen. She never gave me back the change. I mean if you really want the tip that badly keep the 300. But that's just dodgy and rude as hell.Place seemed to be better 10 years ago.

Nice selection of beer and good service :) Orders can take a bit long to fill during peak hours.

breakfast beagle barbecue sauce, plenty of cheese, with bacon. It is easy to cut it in half and eat it. The restaurant is full 100% foreign (I'm a clerk) when I went. I feel like I traveled abroad.Order at the counter. payment. You will be asked for your name, so if you tell it, your name will be called when you have a drink.

Good selection of beers and ok food. Extremely slow service even when bar only half full. Still worth dropping by.Keep a close eye on your gear, drunk aussies = lots of equipment goes walkabout. (Jackets gloves etc)

Very good craft beers and friendly staff! Perfect for taking a break from the slopes, a couple of meters away from the Snow Resort.Would definitely go back to try all their beers!

Great place for a beer and some wings at the base of the gondola. I had to wait longer for the wings than I would have expected, but everyone working there was very nice. Expect mostly Australians who work here; as the entire village seems to be dominated by Australians working the restaurants and bars especially. In one sense this really makes you feel you’re not in Japan at all, which could be a negative if you want the full Japanese experience.

The wait staff are all skiers. The beer is wet. Perfect after a day of skiing. You can get Aussie food like toasties and fish and chips. Fresh pizza. Conveniently located near the Nagasaka lift.

Absolute ripper of a little cafe/bar on the slopes of Nozawa Onsen. Great spot to drop by for a bite of lunch and cold beer. Really good food options for kids as well. The service is always fast and friendly. Awesome spot. Highly recommended.
