I really like this place! The seafood comes in a large plastic bag full of spices of your choosing. The service is great and it's rarely crowded. Best of all you get to sign your name on the wall before you leave.

Super delicious. I would recommend to let your seafood soaked in a bit longer into the sauce before eating it because it makes it more flavorful. The stuff were nice. Would go back.

This is a great place for a country boil. The service was excellent. The food is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone for who wants good food.

Good, flavorful, reasonably priced seafood in spacious setting. Great spot for takeout too!I would suggest adding "seafood" somewhere in your info "About The Crab Cracker." A bunch of other venues come up for seafood in the area but Crab Cracker does not.

Brand new spot we went on 2nd or 3rd day of their opening and the food was very good but could have added more potatoes to the steam bags but they was flavored just right. The fried catfish was seasoned perfectly. The waitress was not very knowledgeable of how thing were prepared when we asked questions although she is new to a new establishment so we gave her a pass because we still enjoyed the food. Will definitely tell others about this place. I'm from NYC and am a foodie, and I have not been to many places in Charlotte with really good food.

Great atmosphere, great food, staff is very attentive, pricing is great.. I ate a king crab dinner at another establishment and it cost me $14 more there. I was completely disappointed with the food. The manager Jason found out about my experience at another establishment and treated me and my guest amazing. The king crab was not rubbery like at the other place. I eat out everyday so I go to a lot of establishments to eat, I've been to all the new Seafood spots that have popped up, and in regards to pricing, quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere this place tops them all. If you're new to Charlotte or just trying to figure out where to have an amazing time with quality food and a great atmosphere I highly recommend this place.

I AM RUINED!!!! I have eaten snow crabs in many many places and I have had several different flavors, but now I have found the ULTIMATE PROPERLY PREPARED RECIPE. Now NO OTHER PLACE will ever measure up you. Unfortunately I live in Texas so I won't get to have your crabs very often. But I will always always carry the experience that I had at your establishment for the rest of my life.

Amazing restaurant!!! Just happened to be over this way and saw it. Went in and had the soft shell crab and it was absolutely perfect. The menu is short and to the point with meaningful choices. Will definitely come back and I encourage you to give it a try!

What did I like? The service, the popcorn for appetizers, and the service. What didn't I like? The food! The seafood lacked so much flavor. I had to order a second bowl of seasoning just to make it palatable. I consume seafood boils far too often to eat here again for such a subpar taste experience. There's way too much competition in the city I live in to consider eating here again. Plus, they have a VERY limited alcohol selection. No spirits. Just beer and wine.

Great food and fast service. Our waitress was great and everyone in our group had great food. They even brought out some popcorn before our appetizer came out.

My food was good. I did take out which took way too long. I was told 25 minutes, after 40 minutes I inquired and still waited another 10 minutes...I saw people order after me and get their orders before me.

Went last night for a birthday dinner and had the king crab combo with house seasoning/mild. Ah-mazing food. The crab legs were scrumptious, meaty with great garlic butter also. Definitely a quality seafood, tasted so fresh. The gloves and bib were a nice touch as if we were at a lobster spot in Maine. Service was also outstanding and I think the complimentary popcorn was a solid addition. With all the seafood opening on the area, give this place a try.
