Absolutely amazing place!! The atmosphere is clean and inviting and fun. I absolutely loved the food. The service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!! It may sound weird to combine burgers with sushi but my taste buds all agree the owner is a genius. I have a baby, and can tell you the changing station is actually CLEAN! Be sure to go use the restroom while you are here... I don't even know what to say about the restrooms. Just do it!EDIT: well, my husband and I have yet to physically go back to the restaurant, but we order it to-go and have it delivered using various delivery apps. The food quality is still absolutely amazing. We usually order the fusion boxes and the crab dip. This place is definitely a staple in our diet. Huge thanks to the chef(s) because you(all) do an incredible job every single time.

Great choice of burgers and Sushi. Delicious Veggie Burger. "Moose is loose" is must have. Bit pricey, but food and service are great.

Ate at Cowfish today for the first time and had a wonderful experience. My server Steven was very polite, professional and helpful. He made several recommendations based on my interest. The restaurant was clean and well lite. The open floor plan allows you very little privacy but also allows you to engage with other customers. I had the All-American Bacon Double Cheeseburgooshi and ate it with chopsticks, it was amazing!

The place was very fun. The menu is really big and, with that, everyone in your group should be able to find something that intrigues their curiosity. The quality of the fish for the sushi was wonderful. The meat was tender and didnt have any peculiar flavors like you find at lesser known places. They have an appetizer call the crab ragoon dip (i think) that was delicious. Forgot to take a picture of that before it disappeared. All together the food was great. The atmosphere was great. Pictures on the wall were fun to look at and they had pretty fish in a nice size aquarium towards the front.

Very impressed! Casual family and friend atmosphere with a variety of sushi and burger options. The crossover dishes are worth trying. Service was attentive. Food was well done and presented artfully. 2 dinners + appetizers w/o alcohol = ~ $55.

Me and the wife came here for valentines day bc we wanted something a little different from the average steakhouse, first off the crab rangoon dip was amazing, The burger i got was the big squeal and it was also a great burger but its huge....and we got 2 sushi rolls, The mark roll is great and the dragon roll was insane delicious..i will def be coming back for more sushi

Waitress was awesome, very clean environment, food was delicious and there is plenty to choose from for all taste buds. I was more surprised that it's also kid friendly so that's a bonus. You can also watch them make the sushi 😉

Been here three times, came here again last night for Valentine’s Day. Service was great, food was amazing as always. They give some of the biggest nigiri portions that I’ve ever seen here. Milkshakes are amazing as well, highly recommend the Rice Krispie and marshmallow shake.

Met up with a friend for lunch at the Summit...had not heard of this place but she recommended. Such a great place! Love the atmosphere and the menu was quite varied. Decided on the turkey burger and definitely was not disappointed. Loved the side of cucumber salad, but be prepared... it has some heat. Several servers tended to us and all were extremely nice. Manager came over and checked on all the customers to make sure all was good.
