This is a niche item small grocery that has some light lunch items such as burgers and chicken sandwiches soups and salads. They have a secluded outdoor on the side and rear of the building that is shared with the condos and businesses next door. Prices on the menus would be nice. Some of the local bread for sale had mold on it although it was not past the sale date. This place has many unique items that I feel that may be too many unique items and I saw many items that were getting close to expiring. There were many Bananas that were brown. They might consider focusing on more popular items that sell more frequently ask to keep the products fresh.

We frequently bring guests to EMC and have a tasting at their in-store restaurant, The Counter on our streetcar tour. The store is beautiful and has every staple you could ever want. They have a great bottled beer selection which is so convenient for urban dwellers. But, The Counter is the hidden gem. The food is made fresh before your eyes and the menu is very creative and unique. They serve nice sized portions at affordable prices. We have the Southern Pimento Cheese Fritters with Chimichurri sauce. Very yummy!

Amazing! "The Counter" in the back is a hidden Cincy gem... fantastic fried chicken sandwich. Never a line. Affordable. Family friendly... and right across from Findlay Market.

Excellent local grocer. Their selection is quite broad, and there is a good amount of depth as well. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

The grocery store has some great options and fair prices. The Counter, the restaurant located in the back has the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had and their wings with Wasabi honey were fresh and uniquely delicious. I will keep coming back.

Great food at a good value at The Counter. Really enjoyed the hefty portions of the BBQ Bacon Burger and the outdoor atmosphere. Quick service and a great side spot from the hustle and bustle of Findlay Market proper. The EMC is a great market alternative for basic needs like toiletries and standard beer/wine that is harder to find at FM.

Clean new unique and upscale. With your forward you probably would not expect to hear about Ace business located at 18th and Race Street way too expensive
