The sweetest lady served my best friend and I. She was very professional but really down to earth and treated us as if she was concerned for what we were interested in. She was very relatable and still did her job by trying to sell us what was new and poppin’ but it didn’t feel as if she was doing so. Recommend!

I don’t do makeup myself but I did however tag along with a friend of mine and I stood to the side watching their workers and all I can say is that these women pay attention to detail and to the need of the customer. I can’t remember what this ladies name was but she was amazing. Great customer service, friendly, talkative and she seemed to know her makeup. Like I said I stood to the side and just watched and was impressed. She would be a prime example of customer service she went above and beyond.

Had an event at the Village until 9pm and decided I wanted to go out dancing after. Unfortunately my emergency makeup kit that was sadly lacking in essentials (foundation, the proper brow color, etc) and I didn’t have time to run home. Stopped by MAC and Sam helped fix me up super quick for my night out. Love the products she chose and I feel confident to enjoy my night. She honestly was a blast to talk with and there was 0 pressure to buy anything, she was just girl to girl helping a B out. I will be back with my paycheck!

I love the eye primer and buy my lipsticks here. Bring back 5 empty containers you can get a free lipstick. Great place for makeup!
