Great whiskey spot! Good drinks. Very friendly bartenders! Good spot for solo sports watching or pre-gaming a night out with friends.

Sit in the window, grab a cocktail and some fries and watch the world go by. Great happy hour prices and great service. Just need a change up in the tunes and the whole vibe would change. Worth a visit.

This bar is legit. Great whisky selection, cocktails and beers. Prices are low, the music is always good and the atmosphere is very cool. The bartenders are some of the best folks around, like to make you feel at home. Definitely one of the best bars around.

Great ambiance and the signature cocktails are amazing. I have been here before and it was usually a quite scene and perfect for a date. Recently the crowd has turned into a rowdy and sloppy frat party. Probably won't go back again.

The Copper Still is probably my favourite bar in New York. There’s always a lovely buzz in there, on a Friday and Saturday you can be guaranteed to a have healthy crowd of people in there from the afternoon onwards. On the week days it’s always nice to pop in and chat to any of the welcoming bartenders (I have a soft spot for Colin) or the person sitting next to you. The grub is also 10/10. Guinness is great and the bartenders take pride in serving each pint of it. Now that I think about there’s nothing I can really say bad about this bar. On a sidenote - it’s an ideal spot for a first date.

I like the fact that this place isn't as small as most other bars in the area. There's room to breathe and actually move around. Sitting outside while people watching is also great. And while the service might be slow and a little more to be desired they have good brunch and a nice atmosphere.

Great happy hour specials, the perfect crispy steak fries, amazing bourbon selection and an overall tasty menu. If you're down for a sweet / savory treat: the carmelized bourbon popcorn is nuts. Guinness-braised pulled pork sandwich is pretty killer as well...

Wonderful selection and friendly staff. This bar is definitely underrated! They are open until 4 and serve brunch. Love this bar.

Impressive selection of whiskey

Always good service and good food. They have a incredible selection of whiskeys and scotches. Yes they may be expensive but what you get is worth it. I always will come back to this quite little secret in the east village
