Had to try it after a ton of friends said how good it was. The chicken and waffles are very good! Went for the Texas Hot heat level. So much food for the price. You will leave either with a full stomach or a full to-go box. 10/10 would recommend!

This was an excellent choice. The menu was small and the flavors were awesome. The owner was very personable. Forget Popeyes....go to Cookshack for a chicken sandwich. If only he was closer to Dallas.

My sister got chicken tenders with honey mustard. Wow that honey mustard is amazing! But what put this place over the edge... THE EMPLOYEES! They were phenomenal. So helpful with this being my first time here. They came and got us refills then took our trays for us when we were done. They were so welcoming and beyond nice. And it wasn't fake they truly loved what they were doing.
