The cookout

The staff at this facility is always kind and upbeat. Its refreshing to see it constantly. keep up the good attitude. It keeps me driving thru!

Worst Cookout meal ever. Cashier read back the order correctly, but both burgers were made wrong, the regular sized burger barely covered half the bun, they were burnt, and when I arrived home 15 miles away, I discovered they left out the cole slaw from the order. Won't go back.

This place was great! We ate at one in Virginia for lunch and one in South Carolina for dinner on our way back to Florida. We hope they bring them to Florida! Good food, great quantity for a great price.

I had a reese's shake. The lady that made it made it just like I like it. Good customer service

Nothing bad to say. Incredible speed, great service and food quality. McDonald's you need to take some notes. Over here throwing hot coffee in people's faces.

They never give me all the food I ordered. Sometimes when you go later, they don't even give you fresh food.

I live close to the one on Forest Drive and stop on my way home from work for the family. I have been super impressed by the service in the drive thru. They have always been super friendly and energetic when taking my orders and the food was up almost immediately as I got to the next window. Thanks

The shakes are amazing! Gre as t prices, awesome variety

The best thing to buy here are the milkshakes. My favorites are the peach, heath bar and of course the watermelon when in season (July & August). Have had the hush puppies and they are not great, but really ,

I’ve always loved cookout! This location however isn’t the best with their food. Our chicken nuggets and onion rings were burnt.

They must have new staff. The girl at the drive through was super friendly. Food was good.

The food is great ! Very fresh . Made when ordered +++ the price is perfect ! Family of four - we all got full trays and drinks ( including shakes , tea and a soda ) ...$25 bucks. Can't beat it! The burgers were yum ! Meat fresh and cooked just right . The home made chilli...we are taking some to go. Oh and the employees were nice...I have kids...so many options they were frustrating me...but not the cashier lol . Enjoy!

Good burgers, quick and friendly. The milkshake isn't so much a shake as a 16 oz cup of soft serve ice cream, which was unexpected. Serving everything in styrofoam, even for dine-in would seriously make me reconsider going there again, even though I liked the food. That's pretty irresponsible and wasteful.

Food is excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating. If you have children and they are hit and miss eaters, get a couple of meals for the adults and all the extras the kids will love. Hush puppies, fries, hot dogs, onion rings. Excellent prices.

The cookout out tray was scarce at best. Employees running around dropping F bombs while Christian music was playing. The employees were rude except one girl cleaning named Sherry. The only good is the food was hot and half way decent.
