Very crowded! When you arrive you have to wait for an hour just to get sited. Our waitress was very kind and patient. Service was quick and food was delicious 😋 Hope until my next visit you improve you service and waiting time at the entrance.

The Cheesecake Factory does not take reservations.
They don't take reservations, but they do have a short-term waiting list. If you call or use their app the day you plan on going, they can usually pencil you in (but be warned, it may not make much difference).
