The Cheesecake Factory

My husband and I love the Cheesecake Factory. The staff have always been very friendly when we visit, and the food is delicious. The one and only reason they get a 4 star is that the menu is way crazy with way too many options for the general public. How the kitchen staff and wait staff even keep that memorized is beyond me. I agree with the Cheesecake flavors, but 8 pages or more of food options is too many! None the less I'll be a return customer for sure.

If you are the indecisive type, plan to spend extra time looking over the massive menu. There is a HUGE variety, even before you get to the best part-- dessert! But there are some tasty options to enjoy before getting to the cheesecake. My spinach veggie lasagna was cheesy and smothered in a mushroom marinara that really hit the spot. And it was big enough for me to have 2 small lunches off my leftovers. And of course my cheesecake was fantastic. You can't go wrong. With plenty of options, I haven't picked a dud yet.

Never been to a restaurant with a 2 hour wait but I guess what did I expect considering it's the weekend and right near the mall. Came for my sister in laws birthday and ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was cooked perfectly. I'm not big on secret sauces but it was delicious. Also had the pineapple cherry limeade and was just a perfect compliment to the burger. Also ordered the strawberry shortcake which was not at all what I expected but it was delicious. Not to sweet with fresh strawberries all around. All in all great time here.

Everything was good as usual. Only complaint was a 1 hour wait turned into a 2 hour wait to get 4 of us seated. Could be our fault for going after work on a Saturday. The waiting alarm devices could sure use an upgrade. They "might" work if you wait outside isn't really excusable especially when there is no room to wait inside, even in the foyer. I feel like a 2 hour wait means there's probably enough business to justify the expense.

We hadn't been to this restaurant in year's. First time at this location, nice to have one in the area. Went for my birthday,and it was great. The waiter was very nice,and helpful. They sang happy birthday to me. We tried 3 cheesecakes, banana,pineapple, and macadamia nut. They were all great. The pineapple will definitely be ordered next time. The Shepard pie was yummy. My grandpa had the meatloaf,which was also good. He wants the Shepard pie next time. Overall great experience. The prices were reasonable to.

Their food is so good! They so many options you can go in once a week and try a new appetizer, main course, and specialty drink and it may take you all year to try everything. I love the peach smoothie and fried macaroni and cheese balls.

Love this location easier to get to than Washington Square. Great food big portions

Great service, great food, and perfect location because it's attached to the mall. Be ready with your order right away if possible, it's a busy location and if you can get your server the order right away it will save some time if you don't plan to sit there and enjoy a relaxed meal. Not a great spot for a quick bite, but the pleasant atmosphere makes for an enjoyable experience.

I absolutely love it! Can't wait to come back! The usual wait is about 30 mins. You can make reservations online also. But it's worth the wait. The entire menu is Amazing!

Great location. Been there about two years ago on my drive from Edmonton Albert Canada. And now I am back. Tried the low carb Cheese cake. My favourite.

Always amazing food and great service. We had a mix up with our entree with the wrong side and it was fixed in a flash! Expect a bit of a wait during busy hours but it's well worth it. Maybe grab a drink at the bar while you wait. Sadly no reservations. The menu is massive with a huge variety of foods.

Crazy busy tonight but we were able to get seated in a decent amount of time. It definitely was loud and difficult to have a conversation but the service was great. Our food tasted great and the cheesecake is a must... Hershey chocolate bar cheesecake! Let me tell you one thing, order it the next time you’re here and you won’t be disappointed. You’re not too full for this... just shut up and order it
