The Cheesecake Factory

Cheesecake Factory has blown me away once again! Had an amazing lunch with friends and family. Sunday was super busy but the wait wasn’t long and service was great. The menu has options for everyone (and I mean everyone) and the lunch portion was still very generous. The outdoor patio was very nice and had great furniture (we joked that it felt like we were at a beach resort). Pictured is the egg roll sampler, pretzel fondue, taco salad, chicken picatta, steak, spaghetti, red velvet cheesecake and carrot cake cheesecake! SO good and truly affordable for the quality and portion size.

Visited for Sunday Brunch. Food was excellent, waiter was excellent. Kitchen service was incredibly slow. We were among the first patrons of the morning, but our food took nearly an hour to come out, meanwhile, smaller tables were served very quickly. Unfortunate...

1st visit here and it was excellent. Our waitress took care of us from beginning to end. From the bread to the main course to the dessert was delicious. We had the Chicken samosas, Thai Coconut-Lime Chicken, Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp and Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake. Everything was delicious with no disappointments.Definitely earned a repeat customer!

Very friendly and helpful staff with a great atmosphere about the place. Service was quick enough. The burger I ordered was delicious and no faults whatsoever.

besides the long hour wait for dinner on a Friday night at the Mall of Georgia cheesecake factory the food is phenomenal and the service is great but the lighting is a little dark. And the $8 cheesecakes are absolutely worth every penny.

This was my first time. What a horrible experience. The pictures are leftover from a 130$ tab. The food was super bland, no flavor at all. Food was not hot. The Mojito I had, had mint that was not muddled. Didn't taste good at all. Only thing I was satisfied with was the Salted Caramel Cheesecake. Over all experience was not good. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Very very delicious! I've never been here and it was fabulous! Very busy and great atmosphere! Big food platters! Well worth it!

First and definitely not my last time here had such a great wonderful experience here the customer service was beyond great the food was exceptionally great made my dad loved it soo much and I am definitely looking forward till the next time we will return to at here

Just feels like this place could be so much more. Been here at least 5 times now over the years. 10+ if you count just the stops for cheesecake. It's always crowded and it just doesn't seem like they have enough space. The menu is always overwhelming as everything I've ever eaten here they just do it good. Not exceptional. My go to cheesecake is the fresh banana with fresh strawberries. Great combo. Wife loves the Dulce. They always give you plenty to eat here so the portions are large. The lighting needs to be turned up. It's not a good thing when tables around are using their phones as flashlights to look at the menu. If you enjoyed this review please press the like button. We came in and asked for a table for our family to celebrate a memorable day and achievement at one of my favorite restaurants (here). We were told the wait 30 minutes. We come here often and were fine with it. After nearly an hour. I questioned the hostess about why we had not been called. She said they had already paged us, when we'd been standing right in front of her the whole hour and seemed perturbed by the question. She handed me a different pager and presumably added another 30 minutes to our wait. It has been 21 minutes since I asked again and we're still standing with our children and waiting. Unacceptable customer "service" and care.***Update *** While the beginning to our night was unpleasant, our server, Alexis ("Lexi") redeemed it for The Cheesecake Factory. She was incredible and my family and I would say with ease, she's the best server we've had at this location. Food was great, but Lexi was even better. We all want to thank you, Lexi!

Excellent location at Mall of Georgia! The staff were super friendly, especially Kara and Calyn (sorry if the spelling is incorrect, ladies!) Extra tip was easy to earn!

Nice Restaurant; If the weather cooperates it's very nice, pleasant and calming to sit outside. Food was alright😕; not what I expected😟disappointing. As much talk as I hear about the Cheesecake Factory I expected more..the Caesar chicken salad was not good at all and that was very surprising.

Always a great time, even with a 30min wait it was worth it. Great service with Taylor. Excellent waiter. Tried the gumbo and pot stickers for the first time and I was blown away. I wanted hot comfort food today and got it.

If you want to have dinner this is the place (although is quite pricey) I like that it has a section of the menu for small portions, like if you're going on a diet that's helpful, also they tell u the calories of everything. If you just want a cheesecake and some coffee I'll recommend just getting them to go, coffee is not their forte, they usually serve it cold or burn , and for other hot beverages they don't have lactose free options, so If you on a date and you're lactose intolerant run for ya life, I went with my aunts and mom so I winged it and died later but it was ok. The cheesecakes are of course good , but u might wanna share cuz they're too sweet
