I go to Cheesecake Factory quite often and it is delicious. They are very professional and have great customer service. Their food it pricey but worth it. We love the Spinach and artichoke dip w/chips for an appetizer. Our entrees are the same (boring i know lol) we get the Parmesan herb crusted chicken that comes with mashed potatoes, green beans but i sub the green beans for asparagus and Sheppard's pie with extra gravy. DELICIOUS!! :)

Always love the Cheesecake Factory. Our waitress, "Shy" was an amazing server and was amazing to our kids. Her recommendations for our meals were on point. The kids even managed to eat most of their food. Would love to come back to this restaurant when we make it back to Jacksonville. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Great Service. 5 stars to her.. Food was great. Just not 5 star great. But very good..Was a little cooler than I would have expected.Spiced just a little off.Not as tasty as it could has been..

We visit the Cheesecake Factory often. There are a lot of menu choices to satisfy our family's various tastes. We can always count on the food tasting delicious, and the portion size is large. So be prepared to leave with a doggy bag. The restaurant is well maintained and clean. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous. I highly recommend it.

The place was very crowded but well managed. We were seated fairly quickly. I had the Chicken to Quito's for my meal. It was fantastic. Also there are many choices for food so you will always have options. A definite place to go to at the town center.

I visited this location a few months back for a friends birthday party and I absolutely loved it. Great environment, friendly servers, great food! The portions are also extremely large so that’s a plus!

Was in the Jacksonville area for a meeting and stopped in at cheesecake to get some brunch to go before I stated my Saturday. I was recommended the Cinnabon pancakes meal which came with 2 eggs, bacon and potatoes with toast. All of which were fantastic. I definitely would be returning back to cheesecake for brunch with my family when I get back home.
