The Cheesecake Factory

Service was amazing, always smiling and a very helpful staff. Food portions are massive, quality and flavor was top notch. They even packaged a slice of cheesecake for us to take home. I will be returning again, absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere and experience as a whole.

Portion sizes are massive! Cheesecake is delicious, but very calorific - make sure you've but eaten all day to indulge!! Food is generally pretty tasty. Menu is huge with lots to choose from. Personally, I think they'd benefit from a smaller menu and delivering outstanding food rather than good food.

Great food, amazing team, and the cheesecake was to die for. My first trip to the cheesecake factory and it definitely will not be my last! Awesome night!

Can get crowded with long wait times when there are conventions next door. Huge variety of food, as expected from any Cheesecake Factory! Super friendly & attentive servers. Everyone I know who works downtown goes / orders lunch from here at least once a month.

Superior and excellent service. One of the biggest menus with such a wide range of food to pick from you are guaranteed to make everyone happy. There are special eater options too, like vegetarian and gluten free.They treat their workers right. Our host was leaving us for the night and someone else stepped in towards the end but we were assured the tip would go to our last host who earned it, wow!

Ordering in is always pretty good, unfortunately their take out is abysmal. Be prepared for oil soaked foods soggy and sliding around on the black plastic to go containers...it's like their fried food isn't allowed to drain at all before it's dumped haphazardly to slide around in a cm or two of cooking oil. Yum. Cheesecake slices are always great, but be prepared for a slice that is on average 20-24% smaller (by weight) than had you ordered in. Yes, I was suspicious so I compared the weight of 3 Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake slices ordered with my meal in house and then boxed up to go vs 3 of the same ordered with my entire meal to go. Repeated with their traditional cheesecake and banana cheesecake. Results ranged from 13 to 31 % smaller slices in the to go orders without exception. So with the cheesecake factory my advice is to eat in house, relax with some friends and enjoy the downtown location. Order to go, and you'll be disappointed.

I have to say, the service here was top notch. We had some reservations for 14 of us on a Friday, and Ray upfront did an amazing job of getting us 3 tables right beside each other. He constantly checked up on us and made for clear tables in a reasonable amount of time. Once seated we had a hoot with Rolanda, our server. She had so much sass and character, wasn't pressuring, and gave us honest opinions on what she thought of certain dishes. The food was decent. Had a bacon bacon burger, which was definitely better than your average burger. The secret sauce made it juicy and delicious. The darker bread that they serve beforehand is so good. Chewy but not tough. A tad of butter on it and wow. Good times were had.

Love the selection of food. The burrito Grande was huge. And the cheesecake is very enjoyable.

Waited for about 20 minutes for our table, service was good, servers were attentive. The gumbo was on point, the pork belly sliders were great too and would recommend it. The angel hairs pasta and tacos were average, can't complain. Cheesecake was light and well made. Tried the raspberry and chocolate cheesecakes, the raspberry cheesecake was a good balance between richness of cheese and fluffiness of a cake.

Usually a long wait during the evening rush, but well worth it. Cheesecake factory is one of the few chain restaurants that consistently delivers a great experience with great food. Expect to pay $20+/person before tax and tip. Fairly common price point in downtown Seattle, but this is one of the few places where the value matches the price.

Huge menu, lots of good selections. Bit hit or miss for me if I order something I like. Service is always a bit lacking. Long wait times to be seated due to it being so popular. The cheesecakes are to die for. Your always too full to eat it so you get it to go and they box it very nicely with whip and garnish.

Food was good and service was okay. Food came out in a timely manner. Bathroom was a little dirty and I didn't feel comfortable with my 2 year old being on the floor in the bathroom. Kid food came out at an appropriate temperature though!!

It's the Cheesecake Factory, it's iconic. If you haven't been here, you're missing out. Definitely save this for a nice outing. They won't take reservations under four people, but that bar area (not just the stools) is open seating for +21. The service team is kind and efficient and do their best to accommodate the large number of walk-ins. Additionally, if you're just looking to get the famous dessert, there's no need to have a full out meal, they have a dessert counter at the front where you can order any of the cheesecakes.So all in all, they have great food and good service. Can be expensive depending on the number of people vs payers. Again, it's more of a special occasion type restaurant.

If you're looking for consistently good service and tested no matter which location you're at now go to cheesecake factory. Don't know where to go eat? Go to cheesecake factory. Don't know what to order from their menu? Order anything - it will be tasty.

Love this place. Make a point to eat the brunch for the pancakes and waffles. Then I love their small plates stuffed mushroom and crispy brussel sprouts. Cheesecake is always the best 😋.
