The Cheesecake Factory

Food was delicious and our waitress was amazing. It is gorgeous inside, didn't have to wait long at all to be seated, to order, or to get our food. There's A LOT of seats, you're packed in their and it can get pretty loud. Menu is amazingly long. Which is why there's 4 stars. 2 pages for Appetizers seem a bit much. There was 20+ pages (10+ front and back). Everything has a price on the menu BUT their Cheesecake ($7-$9 a slice and $30-$50(?) per pie). Also a HUGE list of pie. Really huge. 3 pages(?) of pie...(Photo of my 1 year old and apart of the ceiling).

Was taken there for my birthday. The food was delicious. I had the steak Diane, which I highly recommend. I finished with the pineapple upside down cheesecake. I can still taste it...YUM! The service was just okay. We were sat down in a corner booth with (not a problem). We had our granddaughters with us (ages 4 & 1). After us, there were 3 tables sat in the booths near us. The server went and got our drinks and said that he would return with a couple of bread baskets for us. It took a while, and when he returned, he had a couple of bread baskets with him, but instead of giving them to us, he took them to the other tables that came in after us. He the told us that they had run out of bread and that he would bring some to us when it was ready. By this time, my 1 year old granddaughter was getting fussy wanting food. My suggestion is...next time make sure you at least give one bread basket to the table with small children and bring back more later.

Decent food. Cant recommend the New York steak. But the wife said the chicken was really good. Good mashed potatoes. Green beans were good. 3y/o liked the chicken strips also. Waiter was awesome my drink was never under half full and we were there a while. Long wait for everything to get started tho. Saturday night tho so that's a non starter. I will warn you tho. We waited over an hour for a table on Saturday so. There's that.

The wait may have been a bit long but it was very well worth it. Our waitress was very nice and polite. She let us know that the bakery was backed up before we ordered to ensure we didn't wait forever for dessert. She was very accommodating to my allergies and checked with her cook/manager before she ordered anything for me. It was my first time here and it was really amazing.

They are apparently not social distancing at all. There was a crowd of about 50 people outside the door waiting for takeout. Less than 2 feet apart. Shame on management for allowing this to happen. People are definitely going to get sick because of it.

I placed a carry out order for an appetizer and four different meals. Fifteen minutes later I received a call saying that they were unable to make anything on the order, that they were serving a very limited menu. I understand the need to try to avoid food waste and keep costs down but someone should've mentioned this initially when we called or maybe update the website.

I’ll start with the facility. It’s always nice and clean. Mostly the service is always good or above average. The food- it is good but not great. I’ve had a lot of dishes from here Louisiana chicken pasta, burger, salmon, burrito & etc. it has all been good but not great. Cheesecake- now it is great. We love there cheesecake. Peanut butter, lemon or original with strawberries, they are all great.

The cheesecake is obviously the best item on the menu (hence the name), but they have a fair number of quality offerings. Nonetheless, I'd only give them four stars as their overall dining experience simply doesn't deliver a full five stars in the context of pricing.Either way, I'd recommend that you give it a shot even for the desserts, alone, as they more than deliver on that front in particular.
