The new Strawberry Blossom drink was delicious! Here's a tip you will thank me for later, you don't have to have cheesecake for dessert just because that is what they are known for. Try the strawberry shortcake dessert, it will change your life!!!! Thank me later. Michael, our server, was the absolute sweetest!

Props to Jason, the best waiter this Cheesecake Factory has! Courteous, patient. Outstanding costumer service skills. He made sure we had the best experience possible. I asked for the Godiva cheesecake that I was going to split with my husband and he brought us “two”, he got the slice split in half and brought it in two different plates with a lit candle and all. That wasn’t all, after we signed our credit card receipt I remember that he forgot to bring us the cheesecake I had ordered to go. He apologized and got us an extra cheesecake to “redeem himself”. Please give this gentleman a management job. This is the kind of talent needed in the restaurant industry. Job well done Jason!!!!

I ordered online and paid ahead of time. Huge mistake. Was told to be there at 2:10 pm. I didn’t get my food for two hours. I lost two hours of my day with my mom and children and nobody even had the decency of calling the customers to let them know they were so backed up. Finally got home and the food was cold and mushy. I’m truly disappointed and honestly upset how bad they treated customers today. I helped a VETERAN elderly man next to me find the number to call inside but he couldn’t even get through. 0/5 stars if I could. $140 literally in the trash.
