The Cheesecake Factory

The wait was worth it! It was Mother's Day so I expected to wait. The service was Stellar and Food Amazingly fresh and delicious!!

The food has always been great here. The staff is very friendly and patient. They made good suggestions for meals and desserts. The bathrooms were clean and neat. My only complaint would be the ambient lighting of the restaurant. Too low for my taste. However, that seems to be the prevailing trend at most eateries in this day and age. I like to see my food when I eat it. I feel restaurants drop the ball in this respect. But that is a personal pet peeve and not a dig at The Cheesecake Factory.

Went there for a quick desert and thoroughly enjoyed it. We ordered the Tiramisu cake and Tiramisu cheese cake. The cake was delicious and the server was pleasant and friendly. Would have given 5 star but there was this one server (not ours) who was super weird and gave bad looks.

Great server. Besarta B was very pleasant and when I asked for a suggestion for my mother (who had never been here before), she was very informative and I never had to ask for a water refill. She was on point. Feel me even threw in a at home recipe for the fresh cream banana

Service was exceptional! I really wish I could remember the name of the lady who took care of us. So, if management sees this, here are a few clues: she's in her mid-late 40s, worked the Bar area tables/booths around 7.30pm, African-American, short hair. I hope they give her recognition. She was just amazing, patient and caring. My daughter felt at ease and that made this momma here enjoy her dinner with a long time friend. It makes a huge difference when the parent can actually have a good time when out with the kid(s)Food was very good. Most importantly, we didn't feel rushed (like it happens sometimes at Cheesecake Factory, for the turnover sake)B.R.A.V.O. !

The food was amazing. Ms.Morgan was very kind and welcoming. Her service was swift and precise. It was a pleasure to eat here.

Amazing food, selection was great, mixed drinks were generous sized and proportioned, service was prompt and friendly. Excellent experience!

This restaurant keeps getting worse with every visit. It's a shame because I used to love to come here several years ago. As of late, the customer service is rude and impolite. Management doesn't have attention to detail. The cooks throw together dishes without any care. I've received dishes that were burnt, lukewarm, and cold...MULTIPLE TIMES. The quality and freshness of food isn't getting better, but only worse. Whomever is doing the hiring isn't doing well because there's issues with every level of staff, service, and quality. The last straw for me was me was getting sick with diarrhea the following day. This is an indication of how poor the quality of food is as of date. This establishment has gone downhill MAJORLY and judging by other reviews it is a fact.

The service was perfect. It was very slow at opening at 11:30, but the bartender/waiter was very attentive and courteous. She asked at least three times if I needed anything and brought refills without me asking. The bbq chicken salad was really good and more than I could eat in one sitting.

Nice one. Everything you should get from the Cheese Factory you will get here. They will even validate your parking if you ask

Stellar staff although service pace did slow down as the lunchtime crowd grew. Huge portions and plenty tasty. Had to pay for parking, though

Good service and food. Not much More to say about this place as we al know it because is a franchise chain. Staff is friendly.
