The Capital Grille

We celebrated a high school graduation at Capital Grille last night. The food was absolutely amazing! Lobster Mac n Cheese was to die for. Lobster tails and steaks were off the chart! They really made our graduates feel special with a sweet card and confetti on the table. The service was impeccable and they were practicing social distancing which made everyone comfortable. I can't say enough about how great our experience was!

They have amazing food quality and service! And I always love celebrating my birthday with my friends and staff at The Capital Grille! The filet mignon on the bone is AMAZING! We can’t wait to visit again!🥩👏🏻🙌🏼

2 days ago, I enjoyed an outstanding dinner at Capital Grille. The food was amazing. The wait staff is top notch. However, I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the entire experience. I lost a diamond tennis bracelet that night. I called to see if they had it, and not only did they say Yes!, but they had it locked in the safe until I was able to retrieve it. ❤

The food and service was outstanding except.... the coconut cream pie. Kinda weak. That said, martini - perfect, Caesar - very nice, Leslie’s salmon - beautiful, service by Sara was wonderful. She was very attentive and she makes a great Americano

Today's my Solar Return and the private chef I hired did not have the meal I requested available. Capital Grille saved my birthday with exceptional curb-side ordering and minimum wait time. We ordered the Beef Tenderloin family meal. The food was great- the Beef cooked to perfection! This opportunity to celebrate despite this current Pandemic has created an indefinite impression on my family and I! We are ever grateful!

Pros: Complimentary valet parking, located at St John Town Center. I valet parked, went to lunch and then walked to all of the shops. Beautiful interior. Friendly staff. Filet mignon cooked to perfection but they did NOT add the fig essence saw and I had to ask for it. Cons: Lobster Mac & Cheese had about half a cup of bread crumbs poured on top. Lobster was over cooked. I could tell they did not bake it in the oven, just mixed everything together and poured a lot of bread crumbs on top. The bread rolls were stale and so hard I could barely break them open to butter them. The Coke was weak. I have dined at multiple Capital Grille locations, this one is definitely my least favorite. I had a gift card so I didn’t protest or complain. I tipped my server well. If I would have been paying out of pocket, I would have sent the lobster Mac & cheese back to the kitchen.
