Ordered a Minecraft cake for my son’s birthday...it was exactly like the pic I sent him and tasted delicious. It was a big hit with my son and his friends.

We ordered the chocolate thin layer cake for Easter and requested it to be delivered the Saturday afternoon before. Service was great and timely and the cake was delicious. Next time I'll be ordering the key lime for mothers day.

My daughter has attended his week long cooking camp 2 years in a row . Fantastic staff and food. 10 stars all day. The baked goods are also wonderful. If you have. Not been here, you need to go ASAP.

We're about halfway through our first baking class and I am very impressed with Lewis and his professionalism. He is single-handedly managing a kitchen with ten kids as young as four. He is very patient and thorough in his instruction. I was a little timid after reading some of the one-star reviews, but I have not experienced anything of the sort. The facilities are old and clearly get a lot of use, however, the kitchen was clean and organized. We will definitely continue to enroll our children in the courses offered here.

I ordered my daughter’s 12th birthday cake from Lewis and it was OUTSTANDING! One layer was marble and one layer was red velvet. Both were equally yummy and moist. Everyone was so impressed by the taste and how absolutely adorable it was. Thanks again!!!

Lewis makes THE best cakes! The classes are fun and informative also - definitely will be recommending the Cake mix.

This place is awesome! My wife and myself have taken a few couples baking classes here and they were a blast and we learned to make some really good food! I highly recommend giving this place a try!

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake here two years ago and I thought I left a review but just noticed I hadn't! Lewis was amazing, he did such a wonderful job, the cake was beautiful and delicious, all of our guests enjoyed it. I recommend everyone to The Cake Mix!My favorite part of the whole ordering experience was how Lewis was very down to earth and didn't beat around the bush, he wasn't there to kiss my butt. Other reviews mention that he is rude.but I promise you he isn't, he is a great guy and an AMAZING baker!

I ordered a smash cake for my sons 1st birthday and Lewis did a great job! Not only was he willing to accommodate us at short notice, but the cake came out beautifully and it was very reasonably priced! I’ll definitely use him again!Updated review 2nd cake I got from The Cake Mix and it was awesome. It was the hit of the party. It was beautifully decorated and he actually did even more detail than what I ever expected. Of course it tasted delicious too. Will definitely be getting all my cakes here :)
