Visited for restaurant week. Had probably one of the top 3 burgers ever! Drinks were delicious and well priced. Service was also good! Great upgrade from Shadow. Perfect addition to Hertel.

Great fries, beer choices try too hard at variety without a normal choice for non-hipster guests. Friendly attentive waitress and barkeeps. Bland interior, nice crowd. Hugging buffalo was good for a 4th star.

The burning Buffalo definitely has great food and excellent service. The Chicken fingers, which I ordered plain with BBQ sauce, were very crispy and delicious. My son got a burger which he says was very good. The fries were good but could have been crispier (a double fry method could be appropriate), and they were a little on the salty side. The soft pretzel was huge and fantastic.
