The Burnham Restaurant

Interior was beautiful. Great services. Everything was well organised. Staff were nice. Wine was good. Outdoor seating section was good.

I ate here during All-Star Game night and was disappointed that they closed the actual restaurant like an hour or hour and a half early. They still sat me at the bar and I had okay service. I ordered a burger and fries and the burger was good, they even had gluten free bun options. But I really didn't care for the seasoning they put on their fries. As someone who loves their comfort food, I was pretty disappointed that the fries weren't as good as the burger.

I've been here twice and both times the food and service was great so not sure why there are several negative reviews. The Burnham Burger (pictured) I had recently for Cleveland Burger Week and it was absolutely perfect. Everything you'd want in a burger.

Came in tonight-- Great service all around this evening! Had the potato leek soup to start, it was insane presentation and wow flavor to match! The salmon was amazing and so was tiramisu cheesecake to finish! Would definitely return our server was sweet and very knowledgeable!

The brussel sprouts and wings were delicious! A great happy hour too

If I could give zero stars I would. Food was horrible. Service was slow. Manager was argumentative. I was served a salad that had lettuce that looked like lettuce I would have thrown out 2 days ago. Total disappointment

Please call me when you have a proper executive chef. I was at a conference in town with 1 hour for lunch. I order a hamburger. $15.50 prior tax and gratuities. I received a meat patty between two buns. This is all. Now when McDonald’s can serve you a burger for $1.35 that blows away the peppered ground meat I was served you have a serious issue with your kitchen. 4 stars for accolades with the manager on duty noticing the frustration. Seriously, fix your kitchen. Are you a Hilton restaurant or a motel 8? Call me when you have an upgrade please. This was pitiful.

The Burnham is located within the Hilton in downtown Cleveland. The menu is limited with a few decent options though many of the options are unjustifiably expensive. I tried their burger and found it very tasty and satisfying, but it left me wanting more. Service and the environs were good.

Beautiful decor and delicious breakfast buffet. The bacon is absolutely perfect crispy with great taste and the waffles have a nice vanilla taste. The cost was $21 dollars was worth it for the quality of food given. Omelettes are included in the buffet.

Great staff. Steve was wonderful and knowledgable waiter.

Must visit restaurant for American foods and Small Plate lovers. The Burnham Restaurant has an impressive collection of Tapas and Cocktail Bar items. They have Tabler Reservation system, Takeout Facility. Special foods include Caesar, Carbonara, and Burnham Burger.

Good food and great service reasonable price

I thought this place was awesome....the layout and environment...was inviting and wonderful. I love to see my city growing and improving....

Food came old cold, (it wasn't supposed to be!) took 25 minutes to get one of our meals re-served after waiting 25 minutes for the food in the first place. LOUD music. (I know it's close to the RNRHOF but really, Queen blasting is not a good atmosphere for a nice dinner) Manager never came back to check on us and my promised food replacement never came. Terrible experience.

The food here is upscale but comfortable. The atmosphere is nice.
