Food was great, service not so good. There was no one in line, but they made us wait a while to take our order. No one at the register, until I had to ask the lady if someone was going to take our order. They seemed understaff, only 2 people. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food, so they were doing a good job under the circumstances, it seems. The place could use an upgrade.

Still my favorite burger place. Not many casual dining places allow you to order a medium rare burger nor have this wide of a selection of premium toppings and sides.

I'm a bigger fan of the one in gaithersburg. The food was ok although the meat isn't premium. I guess you get what you pay for. Also, their fries aren't the best. I'd only suggest getting the sweet potato ones. My order took forever and was wrong. Fries were wrong and missing milkshake. The lady behind the counter was super nice and remade food for me with no questions asked.Probably won't come back though.
