Really long wait in the drive through and not too impressed with the food. We waited 11 minutes for our food while the shake we also ordered came out first to melt in the car. The burgers were pretty basic. If youre looking for more of a homestyle burger, this isnt the place. Overall, the food wasnt horrible but nothing special compared to the rest of the burger chains. Certainly slower. Satisfied with the customer service, they were pleasant. I'd say 3.5 stars.

Was a little disappointed. The food was good, but a lil too expensive for the amount. My husband and kids left hungry ..... and when you spend $40 at a burger joint....... it's disappointing.

Burger was amazing! Totes tasted like potatoes and not heavy greased or salted.I only had a simple burger so I could taste the meat, delicious! Loved it!

Customer service need a little more customer service. Other day was in there guy at counter was being not showing good customer service and wearing a hat in the establishment rasing his to mom across counter. Today placed a odder and I asked for sweet potatoes. Frys and was given cold fries. I know burger Den can do better I seen it.
