The Brunch Buffet at ARIA, was not a pleasant experience. Poor quality, mediocre in taste and presentation. Food was cold, sub par selection and tamale masa/dough was raw. Desserts were awful, another poor selection. Only positive was the wait staff. Too many other great places to eat in Vegas, save your money. :(

I would give this place a star 5 if I hadn't visited other buffets like Wicked Spoon. It was decent but I didn't find anything that stands out that make this place one of the best. Maybe it was just my lunch buffet...? Of right, I loved the chicken feet! :)

We ate here on a Thursday evening and the lineup was insane. About a 1.5 hour wait. While the buffet itself was pretty decent, I'm not sure I'd do the wait again. My favorites were the crab legs, seared ahi tuna and poke bowl.

Sushi is not very poor quality as Stan suggests. But if you are looking for all you can eat sushi, there is better value off strip because you will also get rolls and a wider range of nigiri
