Great breakfast restaurant especially if you are tired of going to your typical IHOP etc. Great customer service as well and pretty good prices on the food overall. wish they would do more specials though...

Yummmmm! Very friendly breakfast/brunch type of spot. Far but worth the drive for me. I ordered the salmon locks egg Benedict and my brother ordered the lobster omelet... both so delicious

Great atmosphere and awesome service. Everyone was friendly and we got our food in just a few minutes. Big portions as well!

Good breakfast spot of Dale Mabry. Great hot coffee and a menu with enough variety to satisfy any cravings you may have. I enjoyed the caprese eggs Benedict.. Poached eggs were cooked perfect.

Food is good. Had the huevos rancheros the first time and they were great, the next time, I had eggs with rice and beans; the beans tasted rotten. If they had better management, this place would shine. They do not like sitting people in the outdoor area. The first time, we waited a very long time for a waitress. The second time, when requesting to sit outside, the hostess said "Oh, I don't know if I have anyone (waitress/waiter) for outside." The waitress was courteous and nice, but brought us coffee when we didn't order that, and a busboy tried to give us another table's food. Most of the staff seems nice, but I can tell they're stretched too thin: I can only surmise that this is a management issue. Improvements:*Management.*Staff morale.*Food quality consistency.

The staff was awesome but the menu wasn't that impressive for me. The few truly unique and interesting items on the menu weren't really available in form I could consume due to the toppings or ingredient choices. I would have loved to see the crunchy French toast in any manner being okay for a type one Diabetic.

The portions were generous and the choices were numerous. When the food arrived at the table it looked every bit as picturesque as it did in the menu. I ordered the Golden State Benedict and it tasted great, the preparation and presentation were excellent. I highly recommend this establishment. You can even start off with a Mamosa if you like. Go there!

This was my first time trying Broken Yolk and it was so delicious. The staffs were very nice and friendly, nice restaurant inside, with the bar. So awesome. After that, I decided to take some Togo food for my parents and they were so good, big hamburgers with full of meats. Definitely take my family coming back to eat at this restaurant, I really want to try the mimosas, waffles...they were looked so delicious when I saw at other tables. Thank you so much :)

Food was good, wish I'd realized the mom's omelette didn't have cheese so there was nothing keeping the veggies with the eggs.

Very friendly service. Food is great. They have a food challenge too. Good tea selection too. Ask for Chelsea on Thursdays...she's great!

This place has so many delicious looking items on the menu, how do I choose? It takes me a good 5 minutes each time I go here to decide because everything looks so good. I got the sun-up breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon🥓 and a 2 stack of chocolate chip pancakes🥞. I never finish all my food, so I suggest going super hungry!ðŸ˜

This San Diego originated spot is one you shouldn't miss!!🤩 Wow! Being a native Californian, I can tell you I was transported back to my early years before I even realized. I started to eat (BTW, fast) I looked at my wife and said, " This sure tastes like home!" Sure enough, it was. Don't mistake this place for another, this is the only one in Florida. Clean, beautiful cafe, amazing staff and of course amazing food! I asked to substitute a red salsa for a Verde and I wasn't looked at like I was from Mars! Coffee was amazing as well. This place has a huge menu that will have you baffled trying to make your choice. I highly recommend this place, oh and even had blackberry jelly as a choice on the table, as you know most places you are held hostage by grape and strawberry, always searching for the ever elusive mixed berry. I obviously can't say enough. I would be hard pressed to find a disappointed patron here!!

Everything was really good. I ordered the mimosa flight (which was amazing) as well as steak and eggs, my steak was perfectly medium and my eggs were perfectly medium well. My only complaint is that most of the food lacks sufficient seasoning which makes you have to drown it in salt and pepper or ketchup. If they can at least salt the meat and potatoes while cooking it I think it'd be a huge improvement. I still enjoyed myself though

Wound up here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. One of my buddies was wearing a Washington Redskins shirt, so they sat us in the back corner of the restaurant ... which was perfect because that was Margaret's section, and she was awesome! There were three of us at the table, and we all wanted to try three different things on the menu -- and even though there wasn't a "combo" on the menu, she made it happen for us! So if you go to The Broken Yolk Cafe, ask to sit in Margaret's section, and order "The Canadian Combo" if you want to try the Chicken & Waffle Benedict, the Sope Benedict, and the Border Benedict!
