The Boiling Pot

Soooooooo yummy! Seafood was super fresh and absolutely delicious. Location was very family friendly and we had a great time. We can't wait to go back!

Second time we have made it to this place. The Boiling Pot is a place that you must visit when vacationing in Rockport. Diana was taking care of us today. She explained the menu and what to expect. We upgraded to the Mixed Combo based on her advice. Mixed Combo has a variety of crab including the King Crab!!! Delicious!!!! I also ordered the Red Beans and Rice. Spicy and great!!!Just come by, eat and and enjoy!!! You will thank me later.

Right on point! Made a reservation, waited for our table, and once seated got prompt service. Ordered a bowl that had sausage, crawfish, potatoes, corn, shrimp, and a crab. For the 2 of us, it was alot of food but hot, delicious, and fulfilling. Recommend them for sure!

Great atmosphere! I'm not much on seafood but my family loved it. The corn and sausage, that I ate, was really good. We ordered the Super Combo.

Been wanting to go here for years. It was so busy others being seated after us got their drinks and food first but it was Oysterfest. The new room was empty and had lots of empty tables. Not sure why most people were waiting for a long time when there were so many tables empty unless short staffed. We ordered the 80 something selection on the menu for 4. I expected more for that much but it was really good. The shrimp texture was creamy which was a little weird and the bread was hard and dry but other than that it was great. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot for a tourist town but this place is good!Raw oysters were good size and appropriately cleaned.Gumbo was surprisingly good.Shrimp and blue 🦀 pot was a good size and well seasoned.Casual atmosphere and a good place to meet friends for a drink.

I was so excited to try the boiling pot. I love seafood !! Being from Louisiana I love spicy seafood and unfortunately this did not have enough even after asking for spicy. When I asked the server if I could have extra seasoning she said they only had hot sauce available. The other issue was the server was not attentive at times. She disappeared and others would try to help until she returned. Not sure what was going on but it was frustrating. The seafood was good except for lack of spice. Good selection !!!

Everybody here is very friendly. My wife and I ordered crawfish and oysters. Also ordered beer. It was so addictive. Hope to have the opportunity to come again.

Love love love this place! Excellent food! And MOST of the wait staff if great. Only bad experience was last weekend when the girl never came to check up on us. We had to ask a buser for a to go box, and another waitress for a drink refill and our bill.
