The Blu Halo

I was very happy with my food and drinks here. Had grapefruit mimosas and the halo omelet. That was amazing and a lot of food! I opted for grits instead of the potatoes and think that was a better choice. Expect to spend some time here if you go on a Sunday; it's supposed to be leisurely. All in all, a great experience.

Great atmosphere. Awesome for a date night. Service is always fast and courteous. The server was knowledgeable and answered all or questions. The food was delicious, as usual.

We came to Blu Halo when it first opened and we were not impressed. We gave it a second chance tonight and the food was tasty. My wife had the Blu Halo pork chop (2 bone chop) covered in a blueberry compote, goat cheese, with mashed potatoes. I had the Southern Grouper (blackened) with southern style collard greens, and thick, creamy grits. The service and food was wonderful. We will be back.
