A really fun venue to watch a concert! It feels very intimate, up close and personal. Look out, the drinks are strong!

AMAZING venue!! So much fun! Saw The Glorious Sons. Staff was INCREDIBLE. The ONLY complaint is the bathrooms. There's only one for females. Drinks are priced extremely reasonable. Only food available at the venue is pizza. It was fine, nothing special. Next time we'll know to eat first. We were coming from out of town so didn't have time on this occasion.

Best concert venue in the country! I’ve been to hundreds of shows here, and will always come back given the opportunity.

I've never regretted a show I've seen here. From Mindless Self Indulgence, to Duo De Twang, Devin Townsend Project, They Might Be Giants, to GWAR. Every show has been a treat. The sound of the venue works great for so many bands. And almost Every spot on the floor has a good view of the action. Save for by the pillars but such is life.If a band you dig is playing here. Be sure to catch the show. And park across the street at the student union for the easiest solution to parking.

Cool place because of the vintage classic style, but with that comes outdated bathrooms, concessions, stage, sound.

Going to be one of the only things that I'm really going to miss about not living in Columbus Ohio. Awesome staff and wonderful security guardsalso a pretty good lineup of bands that play there from time to time except for the hip-hop and rap artist which usually erupt in violence

I always have a good time going to shows at the Newport. The Hu put on a great show tonight.

One of the best places to see a show in Columbus. Decent sized venue, but still feels intimate. Get there early to secure a good spot to stand. Short folks will not enjoy when the tall folks stand directly in front of you. Head up top for some good views and a spot to rest.

Saw Amber Liu in concert here! Best concert ever, you were able to hear everything she said and see everything part of her performance no matter where you were standing.

Been going here since the 90's i love the place, cool old music hall. Pretty slow with the beer sometimes if it's busy but great place.

Dive rock club. You could certainly use more words to describe The Newport, but they would end up saying the exact same thing less succinctly.

Smaller indoor environment makes for a good show. Definitely one of my favorites.
