OMG, I love this place!! They made an amazing cake for my wedding, it's definitely the best bakery in the Hamptons.

This was our first visit to Simon's Beach Bakery. We were graciously greeted by Simon the owner and once I told him that this was our first trip..... her bright is a small tasting plate with a macaroon and an Italian rainbow cookie.... just delicious. He then made us mimosas which just got us nice and relaxed. For breakfast, we had the mozzarella and spinach frittata and the pancakes. Both dishes were delicious and well presented on the plate. Simon was just so wonderful to us and the staff is very nice! Now it's time for some fried raspberry croissants!
