The Bakeshop on Twentieth

Such a cute, cozy bakery with delicious scones, cookies, muffins, and coffee! Love the scones here particularly, but try coming on the earlier side to pick from all their options! Atmosphere: Really small, so it's more of a place to grab a scone to go and maybe eat on Rittenhouse square. Not much seating inside - I wish there were more (maybe can fit 5 people seated max). Baristas are very friendly too.Food: I love their scones the most - not too sweet, and pair very well with tea. The chocolate rice crispy, peanut butter bar was a bit too rich for my preferences - worth splitting with another person or two.Overall: 5 / 5 - Would love to come back to try more scones, which usually change day by day!

bacon egg and cheese on their croissant is absolute bomb! the croissant is superbly buttery and flaky and it takes the whole sandwich to another level. the pasteries are awesome too. i think they change daily but that only encourages me to try more of their sweets :p

the service was friendly and sociable. the place has an awesome feel to it.
