The Bagel Basket

I was a good client of them. Always ordered same thing. Aside of them being late lately, like really like, and I am not even one building away! They really messed up the order. When I called them, she told me it was my fault. She did not try to help nor fix. When I asked to talk to the manager, she just put the phone on the side and said nothing to him.I will NEVER order from them again. If as a good client I was treated like that!2 days later I called and spoke to the owner. Instead of fixing the wrong, he just blamed it on Sunday. Too bad, I really liked the place but I won't order from them again.
