A definitive must go breakfast/brunch place in Seaside Park

Eating here is wonderful! The owner and staff make everyone feel welcome, like you're visiting ol friends. The food is REALLY good and the prices are reasonable. It's a cozy little gem tucked away in Seaside Park! Anyone going there should make The 3 C's a must go to place to eat!

Ok nice people fast service

Very cute locals spot for breakfast or lunch! There is outdoor and indoor seating. People even bring their dogs, and have a bite to eat outside. Delicious food too!

Reviewed this place last year and i still give it 5 stars. Not fancy but its the sttention to the food that is important to me . Especially breakfast where most places just put out the food without any effort to make it the way u want. Not here everything is great and cooked just how you ordered it. 1 little minor problem The flies. Yikes they should try useing fly traps or something. Sorry i had to add that because they skeeve me out. But with that said i still eat here cause no place around down here at all really do it better.

Everything was fantastic at The 3 C’s! My family was quickly seated and our server was very fast and speedy! The place has so much charm! All of the food was delicious, especially the blueberry pancakes! Definetly coming back again soon!
